Key Account Manager
Responsible for maintaining business relations – works with key clients on an everyday basis. Analyzes their requirements, conducts negotiations and finalizes the client procurement process. Her interpersonal skills enable her to represent the Agency with excellence.
Mariola Szczepanik
Project manager – translations
Provides comprehensive customer service to VIP clients – supervises all the stages of order fulfillment from start to finish. Has extensive experience working on complex projects, including implementation of the Agency’s translator recruitment process from the ground up. Owing to her excellent work organization and creativity, every project entrusted to her is prepared thoroughly and reliably.

Project manager – interpreting
Her tasks include the comprehensive handling of orders for interpreting and conference organization services – she coordinates the work of subcontractors and conducts negotiations with them. Her thoroughness and precision enable her to build long-lasting relations with clients and advise them on the optimal solutions to their needs.
Paulina Rytelewska
Project manager – translations
Her duties include coordinating translation projects – from the initial query until the finished translation is delivered to the client. Prepares offers and monitors the progress of order fulfillment. Skillfully reconciles client demands with translator capabilities and does not lose her composure when faced with difficult assignments.
Małgorzata Samsonowska
Project manager – translations
Responsible for preparing offers and fulfilling complex orders – makes sure that every order is carried out professionally, on time and in accordance with the highest quality standards. Her dedication to her job translates into positive results and customer satisfaction.
Karolina Dramińska
Quality Control Department Manager
Supervises a team of translators verifiers – together with them, she oversees the selection of translators for every assignment, verifies the accuracy of translations and edits the resulting texts, ensuring that the highest translation quality standards are maintained. Thanks to her engagement and reliability, clients can be certain that the texts they receive are accurate, complete and correct.
Dawid Wysokiński
External Projects Manager
Responsible for priority areas of the Agency’s operations – conducts translator recruitment, searching for diamonds in the rough; handles tenders; administers the complaint review process; and, as the internal auditor, ensures that all procedures comply with ISO 9001 and PN-EN 15038 quality standards.
Agnieszka Żagun-Deba
Accounting specialist
Supervises the Agency’s finances – monitors billing and settlements, is responsible for the punctuality of remuneration payment and keeps the Agency’s accounts. She is attentive and meticulous – thanks to which clients as well as translators can be certain that their financial matters are in a true professional’s hands.
