In the case of a translation agency, the word “quality” acquires special meaning. In order to achieve full customer satisfaction, it is essential that the translation be accurate, punctual and confidential. We know that an appropriate quality management system ensures that services are rendered on the highest level – that is why we work in accordance with the latest requirements specified in the quality standards PN-EN 15038 and ISO 9001.
PN-EN 15038 is the first standard devised solely for the translation sector. It covers the basic translation process and all other aspects of service provision, including quality assurance and order traceability. The purpose of the standard is to create – for the use of translation service providers – a set of procedures and requirements that meet the needs of the market. PN-EN 15038 is not applicable to interpreting services, so we have also adapted our quality management system to ISO 9001 since 2002. The certification body applies this standard every year when evaluating our capability to satisfy the requirements of customers and to comply with the law and regulations required in the rendering of our services.
